Rath Yatra, held in Puri, Odisha, India, is a grand chariot festival celebrated in June or July. It marks the annual journey of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra, and sister Subhadra from the Jagannath Temple to Gundicha Temple. The idols are placed on massive, intricately decorated chariots, pulled by thousands of devotees through the city streets.
