Loy Krathong is a visually stunning festival celebrated annually across Thailand on the night of the full moon in November. Participants launch small floats, or krathongs, decorated with flowers, candles, and incense onto rivers, symbolizing the release of misfortunes and welcoming blessings. The sky is illuminated with floating lanterns, and cultural performances and parades fill the streets. This serene festival invites visitors to engage with Thailands rich traditions, offering a spiritual and sensory experience in a beautifully lit setting.
