The Coopers Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake is a quirky festival held annually in Gloucestershire, England, on the Spring Bank Holiday. This unique event features participants chasing a wheel of double Gloucester cheese down a steep hill. Spectators gather to watch the amusing chaos as competitors tumble down in pursuit of the runaway cheese. Although the goal is to catch the cheese, the first to cross the finish line wins the cheese as a prize. This amusing and unconventional festival provides a fun-filled day of entertainment and laughter for everyone involved.
