Participants release floating lanterns and decorative krathongs onto water, symbolizing the letting go of negativity and welcoming good fortune. This enchanting event is characterized by traditional Thai performances, vibrant street markets, and delicious food stalls. Visitors can participate in crafting their own lanterns or simply revel in the breathtaking sight of thousands of illuminated lanterns rising against the backdrop of starry skies, making for an unforgettable cultural experience.
