The Pingxi Lantern Festival, celebrated in Taiwan, occurs on the 15th day of the Lunar New Year. Thousands of sky lanterns are released into the night sky, symbolizing hopes and wishes for the coming year. Visitors gather to write their dreams on lanterns and witness a stunning display as the lanterns float upwards, creating a breathtaking visual spectacle. The festival is enriched with traditional performances, delicious local food, and lively cultural activities, making it a memorable experience that embodies the spirit of unity and hope.
