The Pampanga Giant Lantern Festival, held in San Fernando City, is a spectacular celebration of light and craftsmanship. Participants from different barangays (neighborhoods) compete to create the most elaborate and beautiful lanterns, illuminating the night with vibrant colors and intricate patterns.
