This unique 30-acre garden in Dumfries, Scotland, blends mathematics and nature, creating a mesmerizing landscape unlike any other. Designed by Charles Jencks, the Garden of Cosmic Speculation features sculptures, terraces, and architectural works inspired by science and mathematics. Visitors are invited to explore its dynamic design, which integrates themes like black holes, DNA helixes, and fractals, offering an intellectual and visually stimulating experience. The garden is open to the public just one day each year, making it a rare and enchanting destination.
