Every August, Medellin transforms into a vibrant showcase of flowers during the Feria de las Flores, or Flower Festival. The city comes alive with stunning floral displays, parades featuring beautifully decorated floats, and traditional music and dance. Highlights include the famous Silleteros Parade, where farmers carry elaborate flower arrangements on their backs. The festival promotes the local flower industry while celebrating the cultural heritage of Medellin, offering visitors a colorful and enchanting experience filled with joy and creativity.
