Up Helly Aa - Lerwick - DIY Painting By Numbers Kit

Up Helly Aa is an extraordinary fire festival celebrated in Lerwick, Scotland, on the last Tuesday of January. This unique event marks the end of the Yule season with a grand torch-lit procession. Participants dress as Vikings, complete with helmets and axes, and march through the town before setting a Viking longship ablaze. The festival is a nod to Scotlands Norse heritage and features music, dancing, and the warm glow of the flames illuminating the winter night, creating a magical atmosphere.
