Tet Nguyen Dan, or simply Tet, is Vietnams Lunar New Year festival, marking the arrival of spring in late January or early February. Although similar festivals occur throughout Asia, Tet in Vietnam offers unique cultural practices. The festival is a vibrant celebration featuring traditional dragon dances, floral markets, and family reunions. Streets are decorated with peach blossoms and red lanterns, symbolizing prosperity. It is an excellent time for tourists to immerse themselves in Vietnamese traditions and cuisine.
